Change PAN Card Photo Online
Step 1: Visit NSDL’s official website for online services:
Step 2: Select “Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data” from the “Application Type” menu and select “Individual” from the “Category” option.
Step 3: Fill in the blanks in “Applicant Information” and the captcha code, then click on “Submit”.
Step 4: A temporary token number will be assigned. Note that and go on with your application.

Change PAN Card Photo Offline
The initial 4 steps are the same as in “Change PAN Card Photo Online”.
Step 5: To change your PAN photo offline, you should choose “Forward Application Documents Physically”.
