- Two recent passport-size photos measuring 51mm by 51mm(be older than 3 months). Both of them have a white background and are in black dresses.
- The original passport.
- Copies of the passport’s first, last, address page, any other endorsement pages, and a valid UAE visa page..
- A copy of the applicant’s ID card with photo and expiry details (driver’s license, Emirates ID card, health card).
- All applicants should apply in person.
