What Is Pre-Employment Card

The Pre-employment Card is a vocational training assistance card issued to participants in the program of the same name. Launched in 2020, the Pre-Employment Card Program is designed for job seekers, employees affected by the termination of employment (PHK), or workers/laborers who want to improve their work skills and entrepreneurship competence. As an important part of the Indonesian social security policies, the program helps participants develop work skills, boost employment, and disburse government-to-person cash incentives. The training assistance card, carrying the basic personal information of the cardholder, serves as identity proof for those who have registered for the program. With this card, one can receive financial assistance from the Indonesian government and take courses for free.
